Katie Jean Gilmour
I am endlessly inspired by the natural world, and by all the living things surrounding me. I play around with themes of building an identity, community vs isolation, wildness vs cultivation, and our evolution of thought as we age and experience more discomfort and comfort, both, and what that does to our worldview and sense of purpose and direction. Most of all, I want to make beautiful things and spread more joy and light across a world that can, at times, feel so broken.
