What started as simple family hikes through our local forests quickly turned into an adventure through imagination. As we wandered winding trails and towering pines, our daughters decided the densest, mistiest parts of the woods must be "the ghost forest." It became our favorite place—quiet, mysterious, and filled with the unmistakable scent of pine needles, fir trees, damp earth, and forest moss. Those moments sparked more than just memories—they sparked inspiration. As a family, health and wellness have always been at the center of our home.
